Aiming for a company

As we enter the 21st century, our world is rocked by waves of rapid economic growth and transformation, especially in Asia. As the ATC Holdings Group faces these challenges, we aim to achieve sustainable success in a constantly changing social environment, such as the division of international society and global warming caused by climate change.

Our mission as a group is to grow together and create new value while valuing the five hearts of “faith,” “katsumi,” “learning,” “altruism,” and “gratitude” that are rooted in our management philosophy. It is about creating. These principles are important guideposts for us, seen in stories and in our daily activities.

Also, as the expression “cool heads but warm hearts” suggests, the basis of our work is to have a cool head that can explain things theoretically, common sense, a sense of justice, morality, and a warm heart. .

By sharing this mindset with all employees and putting it into practice, the ATC Holdings Group, which has a wide variety of industries, aims to create new corporate value and strengthen collaboration. We aim for “independence”. Taking on bold challenges in new businesses, improving customer satisfaction, and contributing to society are also important goals for us.

We will continue to strive to achieve further growth as a company that is needed around the world, especially in Asia, with the aim of becoming a 100-year company.
